President

Justin is a seasoned adjuster, both field and internal, with a wealth of experience for nearly 20 years in the industry. His success has been recognized throughout the industry for providing excellent documentation capabilities and customer service relations. Justin comes with a military leadership background as a military officer, where he has demonstrated strong abilities in command and control during military operations. Justin holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida State University. A native from Florida, he currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Caitie Glass

Vice President

Caitie holds a BA from Flagler College, where she played intercollegiate volleyball. At graduation, she received awards for academic achievement and leadership from the Sports Management major department. After over a decade in the health and wellness industry, Caitie is a seasoned claims examiner, reviewing both daily and CAT files. She is originally from New York and now resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
